The Caravan for Peace with Justice and Dignity seems to me special opportunity since no political party is involved in it, rather Javier Sicilia is leading it, a nationally known Mexican poet who lost a son in the drug-related violence. And it represents such an outpouring from the hearts of Mexican people. See their testimonies here:

It also an important issue for us in the US since our country is sending billions of dollars to Mexico to fight the drug war and most of the money is going to buy guns for the military while what is really needed is economic and social development that reaches youth and the poor of all ages; "repair of the social fabric," as Sicilia says.
